安省福特省长公布新内阁成员，关键部门调整有限

安大略省省长福特（Doug Ford）周三公布了新一届内阁，整体变动不大，大部分主要部门的部长继续留任。福特在选举中承诺以稳定的领导带领省政府应对美国总统Donald Trump的关税威胁，并赢得连任。

强调稳定 关键部长继续留任

在皇家安大略博物馆（Royal Ontario Museum）的宣誓仪式上，福特表示：“安大略省正面临历史上最严峻的挑战之一。”他承诺政府将“迅速行动”，推动工人培训、就业增长、减少贸易壁垒，并加速“火环”（Ring of Fire）地区关键矿产的开发。

Peter Bethlenfalvy继续担任财政部长（Minister of Finance），Sylvia Jones留任卫生部长（Minister of Health）兼副省长（Deputy Premier）。Stephen Lecce则继续担任能源部长（Minister of Energy），并新增矿业（Mines）职责。

内阁调整包括：

• Paul Calandra从市政事务与住房部长（Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing）调任教育部长（Minister of Education）。

• Jill Dunlop由教育部长转任应急准备与响应部长（Minister of Emergency Preparedness and Response）。

• Rob Flack接任市政事务与住房部长（Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing）。

• Mike Harris成为自然资源部长（Minister of Natural Resources）。

• Todd McCarthy担任环境、保护与公园部长（Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks）。

未设专门应对关税的部长职位

尽管特朗普的关税政策是当前最大挑战之一，福特未设立专门的部长职位来应对关税问题。他向媒体证实，新内阁成员人数保持不变，仍为37人。

福特此前因积极应对关税危机，频繁在美国媒体亮相，并于上周前往华盛顿，与美国商务部长Howard Lutnick会面，强调安大略省的立场。

财政部长Peter Bethlenfalvy表示，省政府未来四年的重点是经济稳定和增长。“在当前环境下，稳定性和确定性是最重要的。”

能源与矿业部长Stephen Lecce表示，省政府将与联邦政府密切合作，加快“火环”矿产资源开发。“特朗普总统正在颠覆全球贸易秩序，我们必须全速推进项目落地。”

联邦运输与国内贸易部长（Minister of Transport and Internal Trade）方慧兰（Chrystia Freeland）受福特邀请出席宣誓仪式。她表示，与福特省长进行了深入交流，共同探讨如何增强加拿大的经济实力。

方慧兰强调，加拿大必须团结一致，应对美国的关税挑战。“我从未想过会说这句话，但现在，省际贸易已经变得‘性感’了。”她笑言。“我们应对特朗普总统最好的方式，就是消除省际贸易壁垒，增强加拿大整体经济竞争力。”
